The Quality of Work Life of an organization can be assessed by opinions of employees on statements regarding quality of work life [QWL] aspects. The aim of this study was to analyze the QWL among employees of different IT companies in Coimbatore region. The sample consists of 132 IT companies employees in Coimbatore. The data collected from the QWL were analyzed through descriptive statistics&correlation and ANOVA. The instrument used for analyzing the QWL is a predetermined structured questionnaire .Keywords

Web applications consist of several different and interacting technologies. These interactions between different technologies can cause vast security problems. As organizations are taking their businesses online they make their systems accessible to the world. They might have a firewall in place and possibly even their web server is running an up-to-date version of its software but that is not enough to protect their resources. Web applications become integral part in our day today life. Recent studies proves that more than fifty percent of the cost of software development is expend towards for testing, even though the software web applications is not free from its critical issues. Vulnerabilities provides more critical outcome in web applications instead in various researches have been involved with major impact of vulnerabilities. Recently the web applications are tested with minimal parameters. The main objective of proposed work is to reduce the time consumption and high cost for software testing. And in this paper we also tell about other possible vulnerabilities and their control measures. Using static analysis the critical vulnerabilities are analyzed where the issues are arising in web applications. The critical vulnerabilities such as handling catch block, encrypted password, execution failure in exception handling and redirecting the values of parameter. Depends on the severity of the issues the vulnerabilities are classified with the solutions.Keywords

Mobile technologies are increasingly growing in developing countries like India Mobile healthcare provision in the home environment presents many challenges. Mobile Healthcare is a term used for the practice of medicine and public health supported by mobile devices. It is most commonly used in the reference to using mobile communication devices such as mobile phones, tablet & computer PDAs. Nowadays, mobile has become a prominent tool, not only in urban regions but also in remote and rural areas. Mobile healthcare, in the home environment presents many new challenges. A wireless sensor network with a large number of sensor nodes can be used as an effective tool for gathering data in mobile healthcare situations. The work includes a detailed study of mobile healthcare system in various aspects. Various algorithms and techniques, for effective healthcare are addressed in this paper. After analyzing, the survey is concluded with several promising directions for further research in mobile healthcare system.Keywords

Background: Gastric carcinomas have various pathological features. Based on patterns of growth and invasiveness, however, they fall into two types: diffuse type and intestinal type. These two types of carcinoma appear to be different in their histogenetic origins.
Objectives: To analyse various types of gastric cancer reported in last five years. To compare the features of intestinal and diffuse type gastric carcinoma including gross appearance, staging, grading of tumor.
Materials and Methods: This was a retrospective study of 324 gastric cancer which were surgically resected and received over 5 years. The tumors were divided into groups according to their gross and microscopic patterns. Gross appearance was classified based on Borrmann classification. Microscopic features evaluated include tumor cell type, extent of invasion, degree of maturation, formation of glandular structures, nodal metastasis.
Results: Totally 320 cases of gastric cancer were received of which 218(68%) were male, 102(32%) were female. Gastric cancers are rare below the age of 30 years. Comparing the type of gastric cancer intestinal type were 269(84%), diffuse type were 24(7.5%) and other type of gastric cancer including GIST, lymphoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma were 27(8.5%). Younger patients have higher stage of lymph node metastasis in diffuse type, but not for the intestinal type.
Conclusion: Gastric cancer more common in male (M:F= 2:1) and most frequently seen in 5th decade. Intestinal type constitutes the most common type of gastric tumor. Gross appearance of diffuse type was predominantly infiltrative (79%).

Published evidence indicates that myopia is common and increasing over time with apparent effects of race, location and generation. The progression of severity among the affected may lead to blindness. This study is designed to find the prevalence of myopia among adolescent girls. The sample size is 3836 college students. The prevalence was 13% with the highest among the science students and the least among the commerce students. An increasing trend was noticed when compared among the three classes.Keywords
